Physics-grounded AI reasoning models evaluate multiple hypotheses per frame, dramatically reducing ghost detections and improving confidence in radar and complex sensor outputs.

4D spatial + velocity sensing

Range, azimuth, elevation, and Doppler velocity fused across modalities. Track objects in full 3D space with instantaneous velocity vectors — even through walls or in complete darkness.

Privacy-first by design

Radar and RF sensing deliver people presence, counting, and behavior analytics without capturing identifiable imagery — satisfying GDPR, HIPAA, and enterprise privacy mandates. mmWave radar's micro-Doppler sensitivity further enables unobtrusive vital sign monitoring: detecting respiratory rate, heart rate, and movement patterns without any contact with the subject or any camera in the room.

mmWave Radar
76–81 GHz · 0.04–200m range

The highest-utility active sensor in the ViSense stack. mmWave radar delivers 4D point clouds with range, azimuth, elevation, and Doppler velocity. Unaffected by lighting or weather. Penetrates non-metallic materials. Capable of detecting sub-millimeter motion — including chest wall displacement for contactless respiratory rate and heart rate monitoring. The foundation of ViSense's detection capability.

Optical / Vision
380–950 nm · visible to near-infrared

High-resolution RGB and NIR cameras provide the rich texture and scene data that radar alone cannot resolve. Extending into the near-infrared (up to 950 nm) enables low-light operation, vein imaging, and covert illumination applications. ViSense fuses optical streams with radar to deliver scene understanding that neither modality achieves alone — combining resolution with reliability.

Thermal / IR
8–14 μm · far infrared

Thermal imaging detects heat signatures independent of visible light. Critical for night operations, fire detection, medical thermography, and body temperature monitoring. ViSense fuses thermal data with radar for redundant human detection.

DICOM-native ingestion of clinical imaging streams for AI model training in medical research. ViSense supports ultrasound, sub-terahertz, and terahertz imaging modalities — enabling non-ionizing, contactless tissue characterization and wound assessment. The HIPAA-compliant pipeline handles coded research data end-to-end, from acquisition through annotation to model deployment.
